Casio Women's Baby-G G-MS Cool and Tough Ana-Digi Watch #MSG300C-7B2

Product Description

The casio Women's Baby-G G-MS Cool and Tough Watch balances elegance with sporty elements for a fresh, sophisticated look. Featuring a bezel with six embedded studs, a 40-millimeter case, and a bracelet band held in place by a fold-over clasp with a double push-button safety, all crafted from stainless steel, plus a pink dial with silver-tone indices and an Arabic numeral at 12 o'clock, this unique timepiece scores big style points. Three digital subdials let you reference the day, date, and passing seconds with a quick glance. Additional features include a world clock featuring 48 cities, five daily alarms, and a countdown timer. This shock-resistant watch is water resistant to 330 feet and is protected by a one-year manufacturer warranty.

Customer Buzz
A pity we had to send this back. It is a great looking watch face. The size is not as large as some Baby-G's (like the one my wife wore out previously and loves) which is a good thing. The problem we had was the chain strap. We were expecting an all-metal chain. The actual chain alternates between white-plastic and metal, not our cup of tea. I can see this now in the picture. The alternating chain material is much more apparent/contrasting on the actual item. We'll have to find another Baby G!

Customer Buzz
I thought this was going to have everything I wanted in a watch. It's stylish, functional and seems well-made. The biggest draw for me was the 5 daily alarms. Baby-G is the only line I can find that offers a good-looking women's watch with more than 3 alarms. When I received the watch, I was disappointed to see that the watchband is actually silver and white, and the face is also white, while both appear silver in the photo, unless you're looking closely. I'm afraid the white would get dirty really quickly, and I don't know if it would be easy to replace the band in the future. The band was also too big; I'm guessing I would have had to take it to a jeweler to remove the links (although, according to a review on a different color, you can do it yourself, but not easily). I might have been able to deal with that because of the cool features, but the gray on silver readout on the 3 digital subdials are impossible for me to read. I never even played with the alarms and other features, because I knew I wasn't keeping the watch, so I can't speak for its functionality. It's too bad; I thought I had found the perfect watch. It looks like the only one of the 3 colors offered in this line that is easier to read is the pink and black style. I guess the one quality that was missing for me was a little practicality. :-(

I bought this watch as a Christmas gift for my wife and she likes it a lot. Style is very feminine. Quality seems good compare to other Casio watch I own. I like the stainless steel band. Although she doesn't use all the features the Baby-G offers, I like to know its available in case she ask me to set it up.

My only concern with the watch is the plastic like ban which is white in color. Seems to be a possible stain magnet or scratch prone.

Overall good quality watch for those female looking for something in between style and durability.
