Every Baby-G Shock watch features a special shock-absorbing structure to support the watch's inner workings, creating an extremely durable timepiece. Three digital sub-dials display the month and date, day of the week, and seconds; the sub-dial at nine o'clock has a playful heart shape and all three sub-dials can be illuminated with an LED light for easy reading in the dark. The watch also comes with a wide variety of stopwatch, time, and alarm functions--including time zone calculations, countdown timer, 1/100 second stopwatch, optional hourly time signals, and five independent daily alarm settings. The 39-millimeter case and 23-millimeter-wide band are made of durable, pink resin, and the band closes with a secure buckle. my wife is hard on her toys this one looks cute and looks like it will really last her. the digits are more eye pleasing than they appear. it's shaped to where it feels more dainty than it is. it is thick.


I have been a fan of Casio wathces for some time. My wife had swiped my old atomic G-Shock and I wanted it back. I purchased for her the Pink Casio Women's Baby-G Shock. I liked the idea of analog and digital. As with all Casio products, it is rugged and keeps excellent time. The problem is that there is very little contrast on the watch face which makes it difficult to read. This could be overcome if the watch had a light to allow you to see the time, but alas, this is not present.
On the whole, a nice watch, but I would stick to the more classic G Shock
