my problem with this watch is that the button are VERY hard to use. but it is full of really good features. I would have given it 3.5, but 4 is too much!

I have one of these right now and am looking to replace it. The watch band has cracked many times in the year since I bought it, and after numerous super-gluings, I am not even going to bother replacing the band. Why?

You can't use this watch. It has a calculator with no memory function, multi-timezone function that is nearly impossible to understand how to use, a scheduler that is also next to impossible to understand how to use (and looks like you can't remove an existing schedule!?), and supposedly can hold phone numbers and e-mail addresses, but I also cannot figure it out. This calculator watch has a user's manual that is disturbingly thick, and I still can't understand some of it. I gave up trying.

As for the basic calculator functions: To save space they took a row of buttons off from the usual DataBanks. The result is that for something as simple as performing calculations, you have to go through numerous counter-intuitive button presses in order to select the operator you want (pressing a side button once= "+," twice= "-," thrice= "x," and four times= "÷". And no memory function!? Does that make sense?

The alarm function is actually the scheduler, and it is strangely complicated to enter a simple alarm, and you can't delete it after it's been used. Or at least, if it is, it's buried somewhere in the user's manual which I gave up reading.

Save your money and your sanity and get a cheaper, classic DataBank.

Oh, and one last irritant:
If the body of the watch torques in some particular way, it will think that it is low on battery power, and so the timer/alarm will never sound (for saving battery life). I came to learn not to rely on using the timer function on this, because sometimes it wouldn't chime because of this problem, and I still haven't learned how to twist the body to get it to register normally again. This started shortly after I bought the thing, yet all this time later the battery still has plenty of juice, so it's just a design defect.

My son is very happy with this wrist watch - thank you, it was an easy and quick purchase from US to Germany!

I was replacing an old Casio 150 and decided this would be my next watch. The only complaint I have so far is the top row of buttons is sunk in a bit so its hard to hit the buttons. Other than that its everything I wanted and more.

I received the product as promised and the transaction went smoothly. Once I received the product, I was VERY disappointed in Casio. Their instructions are NOT clear or easy to follow. It took me about a day and a half of going back to it to figure out just how to set the time. I love technology and I usually find all technology easy to use - not this!

I purchased this watch as a direct replacement to one that I damaged. While I do not use all the features the ones I use are great. Having many of my most used phone numbers available all the time is a great convenience to me. I also use the calculator feature almost daily.

The other features such as the stop watch and alarm are rarely used but are nice to have.

I highly recommend this watch. I have been using Casio data bank watches for the past 15 years and have never been disappointed with their quality. They are a great choice for the price.

Very pleased with my purchase. The watch does everything as advertised. I especially like the five separate alarms that may be set to go off independently. Amazing the technology one can get for under $20. The watch is so inexpensive that I think when the battery dies I'll simply order another one.

I have been using this product for over 3 weeks, absolutely love it. I love the easy access to the menu, which is a great improvement from an older model data-bank watch that I had. The search option is also easier, than a different model I had used. The password protected e-data memory makes it possible for me to store my sensitive information, with a feeling of safety. My friends are always impressed when they see me entering their phone #s in my wrist watch. The 5 alarms serve as appointment reminders for me, since you can set time, date and actually type up to 8 characters to remind you what the alarm was for. The option to maintain time in 3 different cities at the same time; the stopwatch and countdown timer, are all extras that you can't help loving. In summary, this is a great product!

I love the features of this watch and I will continue to purchase this product. Unfortunately, I will probably have to replace it every 6 months. The band is very fragile and can not be replaced separately.
