Overall, I am happy with this watch. It has all the features I wanted - many Baby G's do not. It is easy to read the time at all angles and in all lighting environments. It is not too big, the leather band feels nice and it looks good on me!
There are only a few drawbacks:
1) The buttons are stiff and hard to press. My fingers get sore as I change modes, set the time, or hold down the backlight button.
2) It's hard to find the backlight button in the dark, because the edge of the watch feels bumpy (there are 2 raised screw holes that feel like buttons and a raised area that is part of the design).
3) The four daily alarms cannot be set to only go off on weekdays, so I have to remember to turn each one off every weekend. (More sore fingers!)
4) Like other reviewers, I wonder what purpose the 10 second timer serves!

Slightly larger in dial size than the Timex Ironman watch I'd worn for years, this watch definitely requires looking at the user manual to set it, but once set, it's a keeper. Features an option to turn Daylight Savings Time on or off in addition to setting world time. My only caveats: the date function doesn't show the month, although you do set that and the year; and the ten-second timer is not useful to me and consumes valuable dial real estate as far as I'm concerned.

This watch is not completely what I wanted but it will do for the time being. Casio has made great watches in the past and this could be one of them if it weren't for a few concerns of mine.
I would have preferred that this watch be an atomic watch as to the Daylight Savings Time On and Off option. With my atomic watch that went to battery heaven, all I had to do was tell it what time zone I was in and it automatically set accordingly with the radio signal from Colorado. This watch doesn't have that option, I will now be manually setting once again.
The manual doesn't clearly explain the Daylight Savings Time On/Off button feature, so it is still vague what that button will do come the time of the switch over.
The display is nice, although I could have gone without the ten second count down on the left side of the display. The numbers are of adequate size.
The leather watch band is a bonus considering the other watch band types available from Casio, the leather band gives more flex than the resin or gel watch bands in my opinion. My wrist is small, but the watch band on the fifth hole from the tip seems to be just right. To give you a better idea of the length there are eight holes/notches in the watch band. And in speaking of the watch band I was surprised at how WHITE the watch was I thought it was the lighting in the picture, but nope it's almost neon white.
The light displays well even with a floresent light beaming down on top of the watchface.
Even though I wanted an atomic watch the global feature is nice, since I have relatives in various time zones now I can just click a button and know what time it is in their time zone. Although, if you live in a po dunk little town like I do you will have to select the nearest city to your time zone to get accurate global times, you still set the watch manually. The nearest code for me is NYC and I live two states away. The only thing that the City code does is give you the most accurate time in the different cities available from your "home" city.
If you want a cute little watch that can give you the time in your area and around the 48 other global cities available in the watch's memory bank this watch is a nice little watch.

This watch is not worth its price, its really not a women's sport watch but a watch for kids. The strap is not leather as advertised, but cheap plastic, and the operating instructions are very confusing. I would not recomend it.

I had been debating on whether or not I wanted to try out a White Watch just for the sake of trying something out of my norm. I normally go for dark colors. However, upon receiving this, I instantly loved it! It is slightly bulky but not so much as compared to the usual Baby-G. But it is modern and stylish enough to go with dress and casual wear. The face is nice and easy to read. It took me a while to set the settings to my preference though. Even my sister (who has told me time and again that she hates leather band watches) said that this is a really nice looking watch. I love the little extra feature where the seconds count down in a bar. I have a very small wrist and this watch is still elegant enough so that it doesn't look overpowering like a sports watch that has a millions features on it.
