I got this watch yesterday and needed to shorten the wrist band, but couldn't figure out how to do that.
So I emailed customer service, and this morning I got an email reply with a very detailed pdf document with lots of pictures and close-ups on how to do just that.
If this watch is as good as their customer service, I'm gonna be a happy camper! 8^)

The watch is a little bulky and also I have to take off a few sections of the metal strap to fit my wrist. It has enough function for sport events (also for daily use). The instruction is explicit and not too difficult to learn. It is reasonably priced. 10 years battery gives extra merits for this versatile watch.
